You can submit your own review using the inquiry ID from your coaching request. For security, the inquiry ID must match the same email address used when the request was submitted.
Student submissions never publish automatically. Every review enters WordPress as Pending so it can be checked before appearing publicly.
HOW REVIEWS ARE USED
Verified and moderated social proof.
Website-submitted reviews require a matching inquiry ID and inquiry email, then wait for manual approval. This makes automated spam and fabricated submissions much harder.
You can also add genuine reviews from earlier clients in WordPress → Reviews → Add Student Review. Names can be shown as initials where appropriate, and unnecessary identifying information should be avoided.
